WELCOME TO OUR FILM SCHOOL FOR KIDS AND MOVIE MAKERS PROGRAM.
Our students will get to explore all areas of film making and acting for the camera. This introduction into the world of film, will give your child the opportunity to learn skills Infront of the camera as well as the process of pre-production and directing. We take them through every process, from the creation of a story, characters and script to scene development, camera work, perspective and direction. This creative process will be enhanced through teamwork, expression of ideas and organization of a vision. All footage will be edited professionally to create our final project and our short film will be premiered at the end of the session.
MOVIE MAKER SKILLS FOR THE ACTOR
Children will gain knowledge and confidence in expressing ideas and communication. We will be working on acting skills associated with commercials and film, focusing on authenticity in delivery of characters. Finding unique qualities that can come through the camera, observation of subtle expressions. Self-confidence is key to success onscreen. How to grab the audience's attention in minutes can make a difference. How to see the world through the lense of a camera.
