Joanne provides an intimate and nurturing environment for the kids to experience and explore all aspects of theater arts. My 8 year old daughter had a wonderful time at the summer camp. The show that was presented at the end of the two weeks was truly amazing. Seeing how much fun all the kids had and how confident my daughter was during the performance, was every mother's dream.

Joanne is an amazing dance teacher. I look forward to her classes every week. I take her adult class, where I feel energized, challenged and just plain happy. I recieve a terrific workout as well as confidence the more I learn the dance steps. Joanne is patient, making sure we all understand the dance moves and choreography and exudes trust in our abilities. I know dance is good for my body and my brain and am so grateful I have Joanne as a teacher.

Our little girl loved Ms. Joanne's summer theater camp. Ms. Joanne was thoughtful to every detail, stayed organized and provided a fun filled day of art, song, dance and theatrics that enabled the kids to build confidence and friendship together. The production the kids performed at the end of the two weeks was an amazing composition of costumes, props and performing arts. What Ms. Joanne is able to accomplish in these two weeks with the kids is a lifetime of great memories. We are returning for the 2014 camp and big brother will be attending also.

My son attended the summer theater camp. He had no previous experience with theater activities and he generally hates any kind of camp. He is shy and is on the observing side and hard to engage in big groups. The first day I picked him up from camp, he had a huge smile on his face and told me it was the BEST camp ever and so I had a happy camper for two weeks. He loved the daily activities and games, all the preperations for the show and everything was under a commom theme which was educational as well as fun. He enjoyed being a part of a group cast and participated to an extent that surprised me. The whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming and fun at the same time. Respect for each other was not just a word, it was practiced daily. Joanne Voors did an amazing job making this a fun and memorable experience for everyone. My son is hooked and will be back this season for camp and can't wait for it.

I LOVE this class and I have 2 left feet!! I’ve been taking Joanne’s Adult Ballet class for two years and it is wonderful! This class is not for real ballerinas but for those of us who would have loved to have taken ballet as kids. Now we get to pretend. It’s a great workout led by a truly talented and loving teacher. Don’t be shy - live you inner ballet fantasy and get a great workout, too!

This is the only camp where all of my kids were entertained and engaged for a full three weeks without complaining that they wanted to “just chill for the summer.” The camp is well organized, fun and the campers feel like family because the class size tends to run small. Thanks for a great experience these last few years Joanne!

My two kids attended The Summer Musical Theater Camp for several years and I couldn't believe how confident they were on stage. This confidence gained through their theater camp experience made such a difference throughout the school year as they both had oral presentations and activities involving speaking infront of their classmates. They embraced each experience with self-assurance and pride and a strong sense of independence.

Voors Theater Arts offers a terrific camp with great instruction. The kids were involved in everything from art projects to singing, dancing, and writing parts of the show. My son learned so much about theater and the show was a lot of fun. I never thought I would see my son acting and being up on stage singing, but he did it all. He had a really great summer and gained so much confidence around the other kids. He came home full of stories and somehow the director managed to surprise the kids each day and inspired them to be creative. We will be back for our third year.

My daughter loved going to camp every day. The director was well organized, parents were well informed and councilors were friendly and supportive with the children. I was impressed with the creative thought that went into every detail of the camp experience. The camp day was well rounded and the kids had a great time with all their activities each day. We will be back again next year as my daughter already told me she is going no matter what. I was happy that she had a great time and that she made some new friends. We were blown away by the performance at the end of the camp, and Ms. Joanne went out of her way to give families a full and complete experience. We loved our special evening of theater and were so impressed by our child's abilities in performing on stage. This was her first time and we felt very proud and we didn't stop talking about Theater camp all summer.

When my little Kristen told me that she wanted to pursue acting, I didn't know where to go. Luckily, a good friend referred me to Voors Theater Arts. I am so impressed with the quality, variety of material and activities that Joanne Voors is teaching the kids. Most of all, the level of care and very personalized experience that she provides, not just for my daughter, but also for kids of all ages. Her level of knowledge and experience is shown in the performances that she so carefully develops. Kristen truly enjoyed her classes. It has been a true blessing to be a part of Joanne's theater group.
