ADULT DANCE CLASSES
We offer DANCE classes for Adults on a weekly basis. Our classes offer a unique format, that is fun, energetic and inspiring. Dance is an incredible workout and at VTA, we don't just teach for fitness and exercise, we nurture your soul. With different material, music and dance style taught every week, it's never a chore to exercise. We have two classes a week that are tailored to all ages and levels. Whether you are a beginner or have experience with dance, our classes will bring the fun back into your weekly workouts.

This one hour class will improve your cardio strength and endurance over time. Each week will bring new and exciting choreography and is taught with our unique format that has everyone dancing like a pro. This class is low impact, and offers the fun factor into your fitness goals.

BALLET EXERCISE - TUESDAYS 9 - 10AM 
Beginning January 7th at the La Canada Community Center.
Ballet has so many benefits to our body and mind. This workout is designed for all levels of fitness and is formatted on the fundamentals of ballet's core techniques. Each class begins with a gentle stretch and warm up, we then work at the ballet barre, with simple exercises especially designed to improve strength, tone and balance. We incorporate a cardio portion into the workout before ending with a full stretch, tone and relaxing cool down. Soft sole shoes and yoga mat are suggested.
